FULTON, Ark. (AP) - Wildlife officers in Miller County have cited a man for killing an endangered alligator snapping turtle in an illegal hoop net on the Red River.

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) - A 4-year-old St. Paul boy is in critical condition after a motorcyclist hit him and fled. St. Paul Police spokesman Howie Padilla said the child and his family were preparing to go to a birthday party for him when he was struck by the motorcyclist around 1 p.m. Saturday.

Knoxville Police said the man they believe was involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident last Saturday has turned himself in.
